Monday, August 27:
  • Exhibit Hall Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  • Morning Coffee Break: 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
  • Afternoon Coffee Break: 3:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
  • Exhibit Hall Reception: 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Tuesday, August 28:
  • Exhibit Hall Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Morning and afternoon coffee breaks in the Exhibit Hall
  • Move-out: 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Rates
$2,850 CAD plus tax (13% CAD) per standard 8’ x 10’ booth

Booth Rental Includes
  • One (1) complimentary, full-conference registration for each 8’ x 10’ booth (includes registration materials, technical sessions, Exhibit Hall entrance and functions)
  • One (1) 7” x 44” company ID sign with your company name and booth number
  • 8’ back drape and 3’ side rails (pipe and drape)
  • Carpeting throughout the Confederation Ballroom, the Exhibit Hall area
  • General security throughout the Exhibit Hall area
  • Online Exhibitor Service Kit provided to choose booth furnishings such as tables, chairs, electric, set-up labor, or custom hardwall booth (rental packages not included in booth pricing)
  • Your company name, logo, and website link listed on the Extraction 2018 website and in the final program
